How I do order from CPO?

  • You can fax, call, mail or order online. You can also schedule an appointment with us, and order in person.

What are the payment terms?

  • Net 30 days for regular orders, gift card orders must be paid when received using Auto Debit, Check or Cash. We do not accept credit cards.

What are CPO hours?

  • We are open from 8:30-4:30 pm. Gift card orders can be picked up between these hours.

If I have grant, can I use it to order from CPO?

  • Absolutely. CPO can provide quotes for all grants.

When will I be invoiced?

  • When ordering regular items you will be billed after the product is received.
  • For Gift card orders, you are billed when the order is placed and paid for after you receive your order.

What are some of shipping options for the products I order from CPO?

  • Most of all the products that you order from CPO are shipped directly to you.
  • Some vendors will allow you to pick up directly from them.
  • Gift Card orders are picked up, shipped via ups, or if possible delivered directly to you for a fee.

  • Please contact us either by phone or email, and our customer service staff will be happy to provide you with pricing on any items that you are interested in.

Do you have any national discounts?

  • Yes, we are affiliated with Catholic Purchasing Services located in Boston, MA. They negotiate national contracts for all religious institutions across the country. CPO offers these contracts to our customers.
  • In addition, CPO also personally negotiates many local and regional contracts for our customers.
