Who We Are
Central Purchasing Office (CPO) is a 501c3 nonprofit purchasing service which is owned and operated by The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. In the spirit of ecumenism, CPO has assisted religious institutions of all denominations, as well as non-religious nonprofit organizations with all of their procurement needs since 1964.
The mission of the Central Purchasing Office-Diocese of Cleveland, is to assist Catholic institutions, and other religious, charitable and 501c3 IRS-designated organizations with their purchasing of products and services. CPO, utilizing volume purchasing to negotiate with its many vendors, can provide better pricing than could be attained individually. By meeting the purchasing and service needs of these organizations, CPO enables them to focus their time and resources on the fulfillment of their mission, message, and responsibilities.

CPO serves institutions in the Cleveland, Youngstown, and Toledo Dioceses in Ohio (virtually all areas north of Columbus) and all seven (7) Diocese in the entire state of Michigan.
